Norman Quesnel is a distinguished human resources leader with over 20 years of experience in transforming organizational cultures and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. As a Certified Executive Coach, Norm excels in nurturing high-performing talent and navigating complex HR landscapes. His visionary approach consistently drives high-performance cultures and achieves remarkable business outcomes.

Norm has held pivotal HR leadership roles across diverse industries. At Extendicare Inc., he directed HR for 18,000 employees, overseeing 250 collective agreements across 100 locations, transforming labour and employee relations. As Vice President of Human Resources at Swish Maintenance Inc., he launched innovative training programs and refined recruitment models, shaping the company’s strategic direction.

During his tenure at Cavendish Farms, Norm improved employee engagement and retention, creating a robust talent pipeline. At Shoppers Drug Mart, he enhanced engagement and retention during a major acquisition, maintaining stability and morale. At St. Mary Cement, Norm navigated complex labour relations and managed key challenges, ensuring operational continuity.

At PepsiCo, Norm oversaw HR functions across multiple facilities in Canada and the U.S., developing best-in-class programs for multi-site projects and managing large-scale recruitment and training.

Beyond his professional achievements, Norm is deeply committed to his community. He has served on the boards of Habitat for Humanity and Janus Academy and is a dedicated coach and mentor in local sports and youth organizations. His extensive experience, strategic vision, and unwavering commitment to making a meaningful impact define his distinguished career in human resources.
